The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Noelbs. Noelbs operates this website and provides products and services through its online store (the “Services”), powered by Shopify.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have permission to use this site.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
2. PRODUCTS (PRINT ON DEMAND)
All products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party production partners.
We use on-demand manufacturing, meaning:
- Production begins after order placement
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or finish may occur
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
We reserve the right to update product offerings, pricing, or availability at any time.
3. ORDERS
An order is an offer to purchase.
We may accept or decline orders at our discretion.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
4. PRICING & BILLING
Prices may change without notice.
Prices do not include:
- Shipping fees
- Taxes or customs duties (if applicable)
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- carriers
- customs
- external logistics providers
Risk of loss transfers upon shipment.
6. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
We use third-party providers such as Printful for production and shipping.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by fulfillment partners once production and shipping are underway, but we remain responsible for customer support and applicable refunds where required.
7. WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS – 14-DAY RIGHT)
Where applicable under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
To exercise this right, customers may use our withdrawal request system available on our website.
Once a valid withdrawal request is submitted:
- We will acknowledge receipt via email
- We will process the request in accordance with applicable consumer law
We may attempt to cancel fulfillment if production has not started, but this is not guaranteed due to on-demand production.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns may be required depending on the nature of the request.
Where a return is required, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued for:
- valid withdrawal requests
- defective items
- incorrect or misprinted products
- fulfillment errors
Refund timing may vary depending on payment provider.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS PROCESSING
If a return is required, customers will receive return instructions including the return address.
Refunds are processed once the return has been received or confirmed where applicable.
10. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with:
- order number
- photos of the issue
We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, and branding belong to Noelbs and may not be used without permission.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or issues arising from use of our services or third-party fulfillment.
13. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to services if misuse occurs.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Disputes are handled in Swiss courts.
