At Noelbs, all products are made to order using print-on-demand production. This reduces waste and allows us to offer a wide range of designs.


1. WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS (EU CUSTOMERS)

Where applicable, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted via our website or support channels.


2. RETURNS

Where a return is required, we will provide return instructions including the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return instructions will be provided after approval of the request.
